Integrated inductor manufacturing process mainly includes: winding, coil full inspection, spot welding, molding, sandblasting, gluing, etc.
If the product fails to pass the test, it needs to be scrapped or reworked and repaired, packed and put into storage.
The specific process flow and description of the integrated inductor are as follows:
Winding
The copper wire shall be wound to a fixed shape and size (coil) according to the specified requirements.
spot welding
The wound coil is fused to the sheet metal by electric current.
forming
Put the spot welding sheet into the die and use the hydraulic press to press the iron powder.
Sandblasting
The sandblasting machine uses glass sand for surface grinding.
Gluing
Spray corresponding paint on the surface of formed products according to customer's requirements.
Inkjet printing
Spray printing product label on products according to customer requirements.
Bending foot
Use the automatic equipment to cut off the excess pieces of the molding product, and bend the end feet to stick to the surface of the product.
test
Use equipment testing to test the electrical performance of products according to customer requirements
External inspection
Check whether the appearance meets the customer's requirements
Braiding
According to the requirements of customers, the qualified products are put into the braided carrier belt, which is convenient for the end customers to use.
packing
Put the braided tape tray into the packing box to meet the transportation requirements and ensure that the product will not be damaged.
The above is the specific process of integrated inductor.
